HOW WE WORK.

A good chat. A clear plan. A lighter workload.

  • You know your business. We know how to make technology useful. Let’s put those together.

  • We start with a workflow audit, find what’s getting in the way, and suggest a practical fix.

  • Then we build a focused first version, try it with your team, and improve what matters.

LESS BUSYWORK. MORE POSSIBILITIES.

Show us a normal day.

  • Our audit starts with the people doing the work. Walk us through a task, the tools involved, and the bits that always slow you down. We map the hand-offs, repeated effort, and workarounds, then look for a fix worth making.

LESS BUSYWORK. MORE POSSIBILITIES.

From “what a pain”

to “that’s better.”

  • 01. Audit the everyday.

We walk through a real workflow with your team. What happens, which tools are involved, and where does the work get stuck? Screenshares and everyday examples are a great start.

  • 02. Find the bottleneck worth fixing.

We map the repeated effort, delays, and missed hand-offs. Together, we pick a problem where a change could make a worthwhile difference for the time and money involved.

  • 03. Get creative. Make a plan.

We suggest a practical solution: perhaps an integration, a small custom tool, or an AI agent. You get a clear first scope, budget, likely running costs, and a way to judge whether it helps.

  • 04. Build small. Try it together.

Our small team uses AI to help build faster, with people checking the work. You try a focused first version. We test the real workflow, including exceptions, permissions, and any approval steps.

  • 05. Put it to work. See what changes.

We roll it out with your team, explain how it works, and agree on support. Then we compare the result with the starting point and decide together what’s worth improving next.

Keep it useful.

Keep it manageable.

  • A good idea needs to make sense in the real world: for your team, your time, and your budget. Here’s how we keep the work grounded.

One worthwhile problem first.

We weigh up how often a task happens, how much effort it takes, and what a fix could change. Then we pick a useful starting point together.

A scope you can say yes to.

You get a clear proposal: what we’ll build, what it should help with, what it costs, and what’s outside the first version. Extra ideas can wait their turn.

Use what you already have.

We look at your current tools before suggesting new ones. Sometimes a small integration or a better setup is all the project needs.

Know the running costs.

Hosting, AI usage, licences, and maintenance all count. We explain the likely ongoing costs so you can judge the whole picture, then agree what support you need.

LET’S CLEAR A FEW THINGS UP.

Good questions.

I know what’s annoying. I don’t know what to automate. Is that enough?

That’s plenty to start with. Tell us about a task that takes too long, gets repeated, or keeps going wrong. Working out the right solution is part of our job.

We’re a small business. Can this fit our budget?

That’s who we’re building this approach for. We start with one useful problem and discuss the budget early. You’ll see the proposed scope and ongoing costs before deciding. If the numbers don’t make sense, we’ll say so.

Do we need to replace the tools we already use?

Often, no. We first check what your current tools can do and how they can connect. If a system has limits or needs an extra licence, we’ll explain that before building around it.

Does every solution need AI?

Nope. AI can help us build faster, but the finished solution might just be a reliable integration or a simple tool. We use agents when understanding context and taking several steps adds something useful.

What happens if an AI agent makes a mistake?

We plan for that. We agree what it can access, where a person must approve an action, and how uncertain cases get handed over. Testing, logs, and a way to pause the workflow are part of making it usable.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the workflow, the integrations, and the checks involved. After the audit, we propose a timeline for a focused first version. You’ll know what we’re aiming to deliver and what we need from your team.

Can you still build a website or custom software?

Absolutely. Websites, portals, internal tools, and custom software are all in the toolbox. We can use .NET, JavaScript, Python, or a Jamstack approach where it fits. We start with what your business needs, then choose the tools.

And after launch?

We help your team get comfortable, document the workflow, and agree on support and maintenance. Then we can look at what changed and whether another improvement is worth doing.

Got a messy process?

That’s a good place to start.

  • You don’t need to know what to build yet.

Tell us what takes too long, what gets missed, or what your team keeps doing by hand. We’ll help you work out whether there’s a useful way to automate it, and what a sensible first step could look like.

What’s slowing

your team down?

  • The spreadsheet everyone dreads? The task that eats your afternoon? Tell us a bit about it, and we’ll help you figure out a sensible next step.
